Our Shipping Information

Customers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol on www.petrocksliquors.com. By placing an order, the customer has represented to Petrocks Liquors that they are 21 or over. All packages containing alcohol must be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age.

Petrock's Liquors offer 3 shipping options:

1. FedEx Ground Service
2. In-store/curbside pickup 
3. Local Delivery

When placing an order online, an email will immediately acknowledge receipt of a customer's order.  When the order is ready to be shipped, a second email will confirm the order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. Petrock's Liquors will contact customers within FIVE (5) business days if any problem arises with an order. While Petrock's Liquors make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Petrock's Liquors is not responsible for omissions or any typographical and/or pricing errors. Thank you for your understanding.

Petrock's Liquors ships online orders exclusively via FedEx. All shipping costs are estimated, but if an estimate needs to be revised a customer service representative will contact you within FIVE (5) business days of the order being placed to explain the revision. If a customer wishes to have items held due to unfavorable weather or any other reason, they may contact customer service by email (info@petrocksliquors.com) or phone ((908)-359-2333) prior to placing an order.

There are many states and US territories that restrict the shipment of wine. At this time we can only ship within New Jersey, where we are located, and to Washington, D.C.  For more information on state laws concerning shipments of alcohol, visit: http://www.wineinstitute.org/shipwine. Petrock's Liquors ships to neither international addresses nor accepts any credit card whose billing address is outside of the United States. Petrock's Liquors apologizes to any customer whose location renders us unable to fulfill an order via shipment.

Shipping costs for orders including large or odd-shaped bottles are subject to change at the discretion of Petrock’s Liquors, as these bottles may require extra packaging materials and attention to ensure the safe transit of your order.

If opting to pick up an order at Petrock's Liquors, the person whose billing information is used must be the person to pick up the order.  If special arrangements need to be made, please contact us prior to placing your order.  Photo ID must be presented when picking up the order.

When placing an order for local delivery (within Hillsborough or the immediate surrounding area), Petrock's Liquors may apply a delivery fee depending on several factors.  All orders that include a keg are subject to a $15 delivery fee, no exceptions.  If a delivery is requested to be picked up, a separate $15 charge will be applied. All orders for delivery under $100 (before tax) will be charged a $15 delivery fee, no exceptions.  Any delivery over $100 (before tax and not including a keg) will have all delivery fees waived. At the discretion of the manager on duty, deliveries outside of Petrock's Liquors regular delivery area may have an increased delivery charge based on destination and/or products ordered and/or services rendered.


ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PURCHASED FROM PETROCK'S LIQUORS ARE SOLD IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER IN NEW JERSEY. Petrock's Liquors makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of New Jersey. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order with Petrock's Liquors, buyer authorizes Petrock's Liquors to act on buyer’s behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver buyer’s order.
