Upon receipt of your order, if there are any problems with the contents of your package you must contact us by phone or email within 5 business days (1 week) of the delivery date. Please contact us if:
1. There is/are any error(s) with your shipment regarding the type of wine, producer, and/or vintage year. Detail any and all errors.
2. Any bottle(s) is/are damaged in any way when you open your package. Please photograph the damaged bottle(s) and retain any and all damaged items until we find a way to resolve the issue. Acceptable damages include, but are not limited to: broken or cracked bottles, broken cork, cage, or twist cap, and any immediately noticeable effects of exposure to extreme cold or heat.
3. You determine the wine itself to have any sort of defect, such as being infected or oxidized, having an unusual color, or having been damaged by exposure to extreme temperatures. Please take note of the defects and, if possible, do not open another bottle.
Once a package is returned to us we will inspect the contents and contact you regarding what resolution can be made about the order, be it to replace the items or issue a credit.
If you find that the wine does not agree with your personal taste preferences please contact us at your earliest convenience, and, if possible, do not open another bottle. In this circumstance, the customer agrees to pay the return shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
If you wish to return your order for any other reason, please contact us as soon as possible with your reason for returning. For returns of this nature, the customer agrees to pay the return shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
